Stefanie has more than 15 years of experience as a customer operations executive, with strong expertise in building high-performance teams who consistently delight customers.

Before joining the NovoEd team, Stefanie was most recently the VP of Customer Success at Juvo, and was responsible for building a global customer experience team. Her strong passion for startup environments and building customer-focused organizations guides her success in delivering and managing NovoEd's world-class processes.

Stefanie holds a B.A. in history from Wellesley College.
