About Michele Zanini
Michele Zanini is a cofounder of the Management Lab, where he helps large organizations become more adaptable, innovative and engaging places to work. Together with Gary Hamel, Michele is the Wall Street Journal bestselling author of “Humanocracy: Creating Organizations as Amazing as the People Inside them.” Michele was previously a consultant at McKinsey and Company and also spent five years as a policy analyst at the RAND Corporation, where he conducted pioneering research on how terrorist and other insurgent groups were harnessing information-age technologies to operate as nimble networks. Zanini’s work has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, the Financial Times, and the Wall Street Journal. He lives in Brookline, Massachusetts.
